Obituary for John A. "Jack" Dwyer Jr.

John A. Dwyer Jr. "Jack" age 72, of Sewell passed away on Friday, August 14, 2015 from other complications after a strong battle with Multiple Myeloma. Born in Philadelphia, he graduated from West Chester High School Class of 1961. Jack was a former resident of Pitman and Sewell since 1961. He served in the Army Reserves from 1964 to 1970 and was self-employed from 1971 until his retirement. Jack loved boating and enjoyed being outdoors.

He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Judy M. (nee Bennett). Jack will also be sadly missed and loved by daughters, Lynn M. Smith & her husband Roger and their children, Rachel L. & Jacob A. Smith and Stacey A. Capanna & her husband Jude, and their son, Sabatino Capanna. He is also survived by his brother, Lawrence T. Dwyer.

Family and friends may visit from 9 to 11 AM on Wednesday, August 19th at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ where a funeral service will be held at 11 AM. Burial with military honors will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Hurffville, NJ. Memories and condolences can be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com
