Eva M. Walker (Hunt) age 87, of Mantua passed away Wednesday, September 9th, 2015. Born in Sherwood,TN she was a member of Mt. Zion Methodist Church in Barnsboro, Grand Squares dance club, and Olde Tymers square dance club. Eva formerly worked at W.T. Grant store in Southwood (Woodbury, NJ) , Columbia Records in Pitman, and had been a Licensed Practical Nurse for Underwood-Memorial Hospital.
Wife of the late Charles W. Walker, Sr., Eva is survived by her children, Charles W. Walker, Jr. & wife Janice, Pitman, Alice Randazzo & husband Steven, Barnsboro, James Michael Walker & wife Tammy, Smyrna, TN, Cathie Grillo & husband Frank, Sewell, D. Jane Bonney & husband Donald, Deptford, Grandchildren, Charles E. Walker, Roxie Bersani (Frank Sr.), Nita Hahn (Peter), Mark Randazzo, Joel Walker (Kristin), Elizabeth Damiani (Matt), Jeremy Walker (Michele), Patrick Lenahan, Christopher Lenahan (Patty), Colleen Collier (Jason), Teresa Brown, Billie Rae Brown & Derek Brown, Great Grandchildren, Athena Bersani, Frank Bersani, Jr., DJ Hahn, Jordan Ruth Hahn, Jade Randazzo, Jeremy Buirge, Brandon Walker, Millie Damiani, Lina Walker, Jeremy Ross Walker, Luke Walker, Miranda Maxwell, Christopher Lenahan, Jr., Jason Collier, Jr., Brice Warren, Braeden Warren & Jaxon Brown. Brother, George Anthony Hunt & his wife Patsy, Smyrna, TN, & Sister-in-law Patsy Hunt, Predeceased by siblings, Tommie Fritz Hunt, Jr., James Franklin Hunt, & Dorothy Pearl Higginbotham.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday, September 14th, and 10 to 11 AM Tuesday Sept. 15th at SMITH FUNERAL HOME 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM. Burial to follow at Manahath Cemetery in Glassboro, NJ. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Mt. Zion United Methodist Church 125 Barnsboro Road Sewell, NJ 08080
