James C. Webb, retired Marine Corps Master Sergeant, age 91, died suddenly on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at Cooper University Hospital.  Born in Celina, TN, on Feb. 26, 1921 to his late parents Andrew J. Webb and Myrtie (nee Roach), he served in the Maine Corps for 20 years.  He also retired from General Electric with 20 years of service.  James was a proud member of First Baptist Church in Woodbury, NJ where church was his life.  He and his wife being devout Christians touched all those around them. Husband to Helen E. (nee Robertson), whom he married on February 21, 1946, he is also survived by his children, James Keith of Ocean City, MD, Rebecca Viens (Mike) of Sewell, NJ, and Philip (Linda) of Sewell, NJ, grandchildren, Jason, Jeffrey (Tiffany), and Brian (Briana), great grandchild, Riley James, his brother Champ (Betty), sister-in-law, Peggy and very special friend, David Murdock. He was also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.  James was predeceased by his brothers, sisters, and their spouses, Flossie (Domer), Ova (Ben), Ruth (Edward), Domer (Carmen), Clifford (Willadean), and A.G.  Relatives and friends may visit with the family 9-11 AM Thursday, January 10, at Smith Funeral Home, 47   Main St., Mantua, NJ where funeral services will be held at 11 AM.  Interment will be in Woodbury Memorial Park, West Deptford, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in James' memory can be made to the First Baptist Church of Woodbury, 544 N.
