Calvin W. Hopkins Jr. age 66, of Westville formerly of "Mantua Terrace" passed away on Monday, June 15, 2015. Born in Woodbury, he worked for the Philadelphia Inquirer for 22 years and retired in 2009. Calvin was an avid NASCAR Fan, enjoyed going to Atco Raceway, and watched the Phillies.

He is survived by his children, Calvin Hopkins III & Wayne Andrews, his mother, Thelma R. Hopkins (nee Pratt), his sister, Audrey Gallagher and her husband Jack, 5 grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Calvin was predeceased by his father, Calvin W. Hopkins Sr., and his brothers, Frank Hopkins & Bill (William) Broome.

Family and friends may visit from 9:30 to 11:00 AM Saturday, June 20th, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, where a funeral service will be held at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Woodbury Memorial Park in West Deptford. Memories and condolences can be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com
