Aunt Cathie was part of my life from the very beginning. Her first husband, Charles Bodine and my Dad, Linwood M. Elliott were dear friends. They spend many an hour together growing up in Barnsboro. I have fond memories of Aunt Cathie when we attended family parties. When my husband and I moved to Tucson 15 years ago, we were here a short time, she heard about the flooding; and she called to make sure we were okay. Barbara and I grew up together as "cousin" and friends. Because of our dark hair and glasses, attending Clearview, many of our classmates thought we were "sisters". Our love and deepest sympathy to Barbara, Bill, and family. Don, Linda (Elliott), Steven, Michelle, Nathaniel Greenwood

Catherine was a member of Wenonah Depot Quilters almost from the beginning. The commemorative quilt hanging permanently in the Depot has one of her blocks. She made the very best miniature blocks also. She was a sweet lady and a very good friend to Bertie Delaney. They often traveled together to various quilt shows. I like to think of them together again forever.
