The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Charles Forsman can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence: I had the pleasure of meeting he and his wife at the Wenonah Train Station for the meetings to secure the Tall Pines site. Very knowledgable, very involved. Cared deeply to preserve the Borough of Wenonah. Quite an interesting life! He told me he had worked with my late father at Mobil R & D. He was kind enough to speak with me about him personally and work wise. My father never discussed his work and colleagues home. I recall his enthusiasm in discussing his work for Mobil when he was in Europe. :) My sympathies to his wife and family.

Condolence: One of my earliest memories of Chuck was at the Paulsboro Road Rods garage in Mullica Hill, now the Yellow Garage. He and his then girl friend, Lorrie, were doing their Saturday ritual, cleaning Chuck's Chevy Fleetline. That was the first time I had ever seen anyone wax the fenderwells. It wasn't Lorrie. She did the inside of the Chevy.
God speed, Chuck. A life well done.

Condolence: It’s been a long road Chuck. From growing up together in National Park to our long careers at Mobil R&D and into retirement. I am proud to say I was right there by your side the entire way.
It’s inevitable that the years will pass and we grow older. The vigor of youth fades and falls by the wayside as our bodies become less vibrant and frail. It’s called life, and you showed us how to live it.
So my friend please know, that you lived your life to it’s fullest. You left beautiful memories for your wife and family, who love you and will never forget you. And, you made friends along the way.
Rest in peace, Charlie Forsman and know that you lived your life well. You did it right, my friend…. You did it right.
