You’re devastated. Maybe angry. And trying to make sense of it all. Why did this have to happen? Why now? What will life be like without him? You might feel alone or isolated in your grief, but you always have someone to lean on – someone who knows what you’re going through and responds with compassion. That’s Jesus Christ, who promises never to leave you if you put your faith in Him. For those who trust in Christ, this sadness is only temporary. Not only did He make a way for us to experience indescribable joy in heaven, but He promises to help us through our grief on earth.
