US Navy Friend..

Just wanted to say that from my time in the Navy (SeaBees - NMCB 74 -1974-1979 ) I knew Chuck as a great guy. He was always with a smile, like to party, and was a true fellow SeaBee. I'm proud to have known Chuck and from one Veteran to another....
