Constance S. Rowe age 84, of Wenonah passed away at home on Monday, March 9th, 2015. Born in Swedesboro, she was the daughter of the late Frank A. Spissell and Elizabeth Spissell (nee Dawson). Connie enjoyed ceramics, cooking, and loved her family.

Wife of George C. Rowe, she is also survived by her son, Kevin Mark Rowe, her daughter-in-law,
Andrea Rowe (nee Layton), grandson, Jesse David Rowe, her brother, Richard Spissell, her sisters, Lois Hillard, and Norma & Warren Reid. Connie was predeceased by her brother, Donald Spissell.

Family friends are invited to visit with the family from 10 to 11 AM Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street Mantua, where a memorial service will be held at 11 AM.
