The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Donata Lyons can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

The lighting of a Memorial Candle not only provides a gesture of sympathy and support to the immediate family during their time of need but also provides the gift of extending the Book of Memories for future generations.

Good mother-in-law

Dee was a good mother-in-law. She welcomed me into the family with open arms and hugs. When she moved to Hawaii to live with Dan and I, we had to stay in a hotel while waiting to move into our new home. She loved sitting on the hotel balcony watching and admiring the newly married couples(and wedding dresses) getting their photos taken in front of a famous hotel. We shared a love for reading and once a week I would push her wheelchair one whole mile to the local library in the gorgeous weather. She enjoyed making Golumpkis with Dan and making her tuna & macaroni cheese casserole. She was loved and will be missed.
