Obituary for Evelyn M. Bayley (Dunlap)
Evelyn M. Bayley (nee Dunlap), age 79 of Carneys Point, formerly of Mantua & Pennsville, passed away on Monday, July 7th, 2014. Born in Philadelphia, she was a member of the Lutheran Church of St. Ambrose in Pennsville and a former member of the Eastern Star in Swedesboro. Evelyn enjoyed sewing, knitting and crocheting.
Wife of the late William R. Bayley Jr., she is survived by her three children, William R. Bayley III and his wife Helen of Stratford, Sharen M. Bayley-Liable of Pennsville, and Janice L. Sheldon and her husband Jeffrey of Woolwich Twp., seven grandchildren, Christopher, Hilary, Kathryn, Paige, Rebekah, Brianna, and Joseph, a great grandson, Kaleb, and her sister Carol Ems and her husband Robert of Philadelphia.
Relatives and friends may visit the family on Friday, July 11th, from 9:30 to 11 AM at the SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 47 Main Street, Mantua where a service will be held at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Eglington Cemetery, Clarksboro. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Lutheran Church of Saint Ambrose, 443 South Broadway, Pennsville, NJ 08070.
