Frances M. Barnard "Fran" age 93, of Linwood formerly of Greenfield Village in West Deptford passed away on Wednesday, May 9, 2018. She was born in Gloucester City to James DuBell and Mary (nee Chew). Fran was devoted to her family, and adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Wife of the late Charles L. Barnard Sr., she is survived by her three children, Charles L. Barnard, Jr. (Teresa) of Stratford, Barbara A. Greenwood (Charles) of Port Orange, FL, and Wendy L. Phillips (Lawrence) of Egg Harbor Twp., 8 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. Fran was also predeceased by 14 siblings.

Family and Friends may visit from 10 am to 11 on Tuesday, May 15th, at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua where a memorial service will be held at 11 am.
