Helen T. Ware (Ristine) age 94, of Mantua passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at home. Helen was life long member of the United Methodist Church of Mantua and the Friendship Class. Member of Sewing Club, Twenty-two Club, and attended the Church Bible Study. Helen enjoyed church activites, her family, volunteer work, and caring for neighbors. She supported many charitable organizations and political causes. Helen is wife of the late Charles T. Ware, survived by her daughter Barbara W. Makaro of Mantua, son Charles L. "Lee" Ware (Joan) of Aston, PA, 4 grandchildren Payton Makaro, Timothy Makaro (Jennifer), Christopher Makaro, Charles (Fred) Ware, great grandson Timothy Makaro, brother Alfred G. Ristine Jr., sister Laura M. Ristine, and fifteen nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Hazel T. and Alfred G. Ristine Sr., sister Beatrice R. and brother-in-law J. Harry Stow, mother-in-law Laura L. Ware, and sister-in-law Carol W. Homiller. Family and friends are invited to visit from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday Oct. 30th and 10 to 11 am Saturday, Oct. 31st, at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at Cedar Green Cemetery.
