Jane E. Tracy (nee Cullinan) of Sewell, formerly of Pennsauken, was in her 90th year when she passed away at home on Monday, May 18, 2015 surrounded by her family.
Jane married William E. Tracy Sr. in 1946 at Saint Anne’s Church in Westville, NJ. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and adoring grandmother and great grandmother. She was predeceased by her beloved husband in 2007 and by her youngest son Joseph T. Tracy in 2005. She also was predeceased by her grandson Robert, her great granddaughter Elizabeth, her sister Cornelia Cullinan and her brothers James Cullinan and Thomas Cullinan.
Jane is survived by five of her children: William E. Tracy Jr. of Haddonfield, NJ, Kathleen Bell (David) of LaGrangeville, NY, Janet Priest (Don) of Dover, DE, Jim Tracy (Renee) of Mercerville, NJ and Robert M. Tracy (Pat) of Deptford, NJ. She is survived by her grandchildren: Brian Bell (Jessica), Denise Bell Koller (Darren), Karen Stabell (Chris), Cathy Lynne Alscher (Scott), Luanne Listman (Ray), Peter Tracy, Katie Tracy (Prince), Melissa Finn (Marty), Colleen Tracy and Robert P. Tracy and by her great grandchildren: Theresa Bell, Anthony Bell, Joseph Bell, Kaitlyn Bell, Timothy Koller, Sarah Koller, Trent Stabell, Stephen Alscher, Robert Alscher, Ray Listman (Trish), Shannon Listman, Rachel Listman, Brayden Kena, Larry Kena, Makenna Finn, Ryan Finn and Cameron Tracy. Jane also is survived by her brother, Joseph Cullinan (Eleanor), her sister, Florence Coyle, two great great grandchildren Jacob Listman and Savanah Miller and many loving nieces and nephews.
Jane’s love of family and friends was evident to all who knew her as was her deep faith and love of the Lord. For more than thirty years she was an active member of Saint Stephen's Parish in Pennsauken, NJ where she volunteered in many ministries and was involved with the Catholic Charismatic Renewal. She was passionate about caring for the poor and homeless.
Jane’s family and friends may visit on Friday, May 22nd from 6-8pm and on Saturday, May 23rd from 9-10:30am at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM at Church of the Incarnation, 240 Main Street, Mantua, NJ. Burial will follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery in Bellmawr.
