Joan B.  Miller (Brown)
Joan (Brown) Miller age 80, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2015 at home. Joan was born in Mantua, graduated from Pitman HS Class of 1952, and lived in Wenonah for 57 years. After retiring from Andbro, she enjoyed winters in Key Colony Beach, FL. Former member of the JUG Class of United Methodist Church of Mantua, Girl Scout Leader, Cub Scout Den Mother, several room Mother terms at Wenonah School, Founder of Wenonah Athletic Association Snack Bar, and was a Founding Hostess for Wenonah O.F.C. Joan is survived by her husband David Miller, daughter Susan L. Sole (Howard), son Michael D. Miller (Sandra), daughter Carol M. Abrams (Ed), daughter Betty J. Hannoun (Imad), sisters Marion Bullard (Bob), Sue Beverlin ( Bill), Pat Hopkins, brother-in-law Earl Harbison, sister-in-law Sandra Brown, ten grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Predeceased by sister Barbara Harbison, brother Paul Brown, brother Milton E. Brown, Jr., and brother-in-law Jim Hopkins. Family and friends are invited to visit from 12 Noon to 2 PM Saturday, March 21st, at SMITH FUNERAL HOME 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM. Cremation private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Greater Delaware Valley MS Chapter 30 South 17th Street Suite 800 Philadelphia, PA 19103. Memories and condolences can be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com
