John G. Forsman, Jr, age 60 of Sewell, NJ died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2011. John was born in Woodbury, graduated from Clearview Regional High School Class of 1969 and then graduated from Gloucester County College. He worked as a lab technician for Texaco and General Chemical Company. John loved playing his saxaphone, golfing, boating, and camping at Elk Neck State Park. Most of all he loved being a father and grandfather. Husband of Donna (nee Lacivita), he is also survived by son Tom Forsman, two daughters Kathleen Forsman, Jamie Lee Cherwaty, 12 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, sister Peggy (Bill) McGee, sister in law, Kate Forsman. Step sons Michael and John Niedbalski, his best friends Ed & Bruce Forsman, Chuck Sharp, many nieces, nephews, and cousins. John was predeceased by brothers Ted and Chal. Relatives and friends may visit with the family 10AM to 12PM Friday, Sept. 23rd at SMITH FUNERAL HOME 47 Main St., Mantua, NJ where funeral services will be held at 12 Noon.
