Obituary for Madeline L. Sammons (Sharp)
Madeline L. Sammons(nee Sharp) age 91 passed away Wednesday, July 23rd, 2014 at Shady Lane Nursing Home. Born in Camden, NJ she lived in Gloucester City, Barnsboro, and Mantua all her life. After retiring from TRW in 1986 Madeline worked part time at Delaware Valley in Sewell. Mrs. Sammons enjoyed many interests including traveling in an RV throughout the country and her favorite hobby of sending out cards.
Wife of the late A. Sammons Madeline is survived by her son Terrance and his wife Joanne. Her grandchildren Shane M. and Christopher L. Sammons, and great granddaughter Aurora. As well as many nieces and nephews. Madeline was preceeded in death by her brother Ike Sharp.
Family and Friends are invited to visit from 9:00 to 11:00am on Monday July 28th at Smith Funeral Home. A service will be held at 11:00am in Smith Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Barnsboro, NJ. Memories and condolences can be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com
