Love of Animals

The great leader Ghanda said "A nation is judged by the way it treats its animals." As President of NJ Aid for Animals, we judge the people within our sphere of influence by how they treat their animals too. When we met Patty she was working for Burger Fence who was making wooden doghouses for us to take to underserved and abused dogs forced to live outside in Camden,NJ. When we needed houses, Patty would get right on it, not wasting any time in coordinating the logistics and even having them delivered to our animal control to deliver. Once when a dog was chained to a tree although there was a fenced yard there was no gate...Patty got the guys going to get a gate put up and expedited everything. Two dogs were living outside chained with no shelter and once again Burger Fence stepped up with Patty at the helm to get some pens up and a doghouse in each one so the dogs could break free of their life of bondage. We judge folks by the way they treat their animals, how they help animals, how they help others help animals .....well you get the picture. THe world has lost another animal lover of which there can never be enough. We hope she is romping with all the animals over the Rainbow Bridge. I'll bet that would make her very happy. RIP Patty. We shall miss you. Your friends at NJ Aid for Animals www.njafa.org
