Obituary for Paul William Dalton

Paul William  Dalton
Paul William Dalton Jr., age 79 of Mt. Ephraim passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2014 at home. He served in the Navy & Army and was a member of The American Legion Post #1000 in Trenton. Paul was employed by IBW Local 1448, worked for RCA for 23 years, and retired from GE Martin Marietta. He loved hunting, fishing, hiking, his garden & fish pond, and just being outdoors. Paul adored his wife Carole, loved his family, especially his grandchildren & great grandchildren.

Husband of the late Carole Dalton (nee Black), he is survived by two daughters, Carollynn Calabro-Dalton & her husband Christopher of Franklinville, Yvonne Dalton of Mt. Ephraim & her loving companion, Bill Sloan, his son, Thomas Dalton & his wife Stacy of Swedesboro, seven grandchildren, Angela, Lauren, Lindsey, Leila, Dylan, Christopher, & Michael, three great grandchildren, Nico Francis, Kylee Anne, & Andrew Nicholas, sisters, Rosane Clendining of Pine Hill, Mary Baldwin & her husband Jack of Runnemede, & Nancy Collins of Gloucester. Paul was predeceased by his brother-in-laws, Frank Clendining & Richard Collins.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, May 13 from 7 to 9 PM and Wednesday, May 14 from 10 to 11 AM at SMITH FUNERAL HOME, 47 Main Street, Mantua where a funeral service will be held Wednesday at 11 AM. Burial with military honors will be at Hillcrest Cemetery, Hurffville, NJ.
