Richard J. LaCivita age 77, passed away Monday, September 7, 2015 at Alaris at Cherry Hill. Richard was born in Philadelphia and had been employed by Swan Oil in Philadelphia. Richard is survived by daughter Donna Niedbalski Forsman, grandchildren Michael, John, William, and Mason, 3 great grandchildren Alyssa, Dylan, and Lexi, sister Joanne Gabriel. Predeceased by wife Mary Anne, daughter Diane, and grandson Richard. Family and Friends are invited to visit from 10:00 am to 11:00 am Monday, September 14th, at Smith Funeral Home 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am.
