Obituary for Robert J. Brady Sr.

Robert J. Brady Sr. age 49, of Mantua passed away suddenly and peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, December 10, 2015. He worked for Mantua Township for the last 25 years. Known as Bobby B to many, he was a man who always had a smile on his face and he took great pleasure in making people laugh. He was very involved in Mantua Township Little League and Clearview Youth Football as a coach while his sons were growing up and took great pride in watching his sons playing sports on and off the field. He loved listening to music, as well as playing the bass and he was looking forward to teaching his grandchildren how to play as well. He enjoyed going to concerts and traveling with his wife and family. He loved vacationing in Disney World and visiting Wildwood every summer.

Husband of Diane Brady (nee McCarron), also survived by 2 sons Robert J. Brady Jr. & James Brady (Ashlie), grandsons Robert J. Brady, III, James J. Brady, II, and soon-to-be granddaughter Savannah. Also sisters Marie Hempsey (Philip), Linda Zacniewski, goddaughters Kelly Hempsey & Laura Turner, many nieces, nephews, and their families.

Family and Friends are invited to visit from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Wednesday, December 16th, at The Lord's Vineyard Church 301 Colonial Ave. Woodbury, NJ 08096. Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 pm. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
