Sara (Judy) C.  Scott (Casella)
Sara C. "Judy" Scott (Casella) age 81, of Mantua Twp., passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015. Born and raised in Swedesboro, she graduated in 1952 from St. Mary of the Angels’ Academy in Haddonfield. Judy earned her college degree from Immaculata College in 1956. She has been a Mantua Twp. resident since 1978 and loved her children and grandchildren. She was an avid Phillies fan and was known for her legendary spaghetti sauce and lasagna.

Wife of the late Thomas V. Scott, she is survived by her 7 children, Theresa (Michael) Loeh of Montoursville, PA, and their children Stephanie, Ryan, & Matthew, William (Carol) Scott of Kingston, PA, and their children, Timothy & Christina, Michael (Tammy) Scott of Mantua, and their son Robert, James (Jill) Scott of Aura, and their children, Robert & Emily, Robert Scott of Mantua, Richard (Jing) Scott of Westerville, OH, and Andrew (Christine) Scott of Bensalem, PA, 4 sisters, Angela Falciani, Josephine Haas, Lucy D’Angelo, & Mary Wassenberg. Judy was predeceased by her parents, Salvatore Casella and Lucia (nee Patti), and 4 brothers, Sam, Frank, Benny, and Alfio Casella.

Family and friends may visit from 6 to 8 PM, Tuesday, April 7th, and 9:30 to 10:30 AM Wednesday, April 8th at Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main Street, Mantua. A funeral mass will be 11 AM Wednesday at Church of the Incarnation, 240 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Burial will follow at Eglington Cemetery.
