Obituary for Valentine J. "Val" Stuhltrager

Valentine J. "Val"  Stuhltrager
Valentine "Val" J. Stuhltrager passed away peacefully on March 26th, 2019 at the age of 89. A longtime resident of Oak Valley and resident of Brightview Assisted Living at Woodbury Lake since 2016.
Val was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired from Conrail after 33 years of service. He was a lifetime member of the Oak Valley Fire Company - Deptford Township Battalion 1, Veterans of Foreign Wars and Army & Navy Union. He also served on Deptford Township Council for one term.

His loving wife of 67 years, Harriett "Lynne", preceded him in 2018. He is survived by his children Gary (Charlene) of Bonita Springs, FL, Joe (Lillian) of Folsom, NJ and Teddi (Dan) Westervelt of Sewell, NJ. Loving grandfather of seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Son of the late Valentine and Marion Stuhltrager, and dear brother of the late William J. Stuhltrager, Sr.

Family and Friends are invited to visit from 9:00 am to 10:45 am on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Infant Jesus Parish at St. Margaret's Church 845 Third Street Woodbury Heights, NJ 08097. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, with burial to follow at New St. Mary's Cemetery in Bellmawr, NJ 08031.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Val's name to Oak Valley Volunteer Fire Company Association 595 Princeton Blvd., Wenonah NJ 08090. Memories and condolences can be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com
