The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Walter Peins can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Last summer, I was at the Holiday Inn pool in Ocean City, Maryland, with my Mom and granddaughter, I started talking to Walt and Cheryl, the kids played all day and it was just one of those magical days, you remember forever. We talked til dark like we had known each other always. We became FB friends and I was hoping to see them this summer...I am just heartbroken over Walt's passing. Walt and Cheryl had a bond that is still not broken, I ache for the pain and suffering she is feeling. I hope she finds strength in their beautiful children and knowing her Mom and Walt are watching and waiting for them to be together again, someday.
