William E. ''Dobbie'' Wagner, Jr., age 92 formerly of Germantown, PA died Saturday, February 12th, 2011 at home.  Born in Philadelphia, he served in the Navy during WWII and was a member of the CBs.  Dobbie enjoyed camping, crabbing, going to the beach, yard sales and going to the Berlin Mart.  He especially loved his children and grandchildren.  Husband of Anna D. (nee Minnick), he is survived by his children, William Wagner III and his wife Linda of Magnolia, Christine Willoughby of NH, grandchildren, Doug Wagner and his wife Kimberly, Andrew Wagner and his wife Sarah, Michelle Strong and her husband Kenneth, Kirsten Williams and her husband Travis and Holly Willoughby, great grandchildren, Kaylee, Suzee, Riley & Emily and one brother Tom Wagner and his wife Dolores.   Relatives and friends may visit with the family from 10-11 AM Friday, February 18th, 2011 at the Smith Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Mantua, where funeral services will be held at 11 AM.  Interment will be in the Gloucester County Veterans Cemetery, Monroe Township, NJ.
