I knew Bill from Stockton State College where he was a Fraternity Brother and great friend. The picture I posted was Christmas 1986 taken in my parents living room. (Bill was often a guest at their house as I was at his parents) Although seperated by time and distancethe bond we formed in college never broke. He will be missed.
