William A.  Coughlan
William A. Coughlan (Bill), age 60, of Mantua passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 11 into the arms of the Lord after a year long battle with cancer. Beloved husband of 31 years to Mary (nee DeMarco). Loving father to Christina Boody (Kevin), Billy and Bobby Coughlan. Adoring grandpop to Elias, MiaCatherine and Roxanne Boody. Devoted brother to Joe (Vickie), Peggy Nielsen (Larry), Stephen (Cheryl), Donald (Jill), MaryJane Simonini (Bill), Cathy Smith, and Joanne Dicicco (Jim). Also, brother-in-law to Rosemarie and Paul Simpkins. Loving uncle to many nieces and nephews and a dear friend to many. He was predeceased by his brother David, father William, and mother Catherine. After spending four years in the United States Air Force, Bill worked for over 30 years as a truck driver. When he wasn't working he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially trips to the Jersey Shore. He also enjoyed playing golf with his brothers and sons. Bill was an avid sports fan, especially when it came to the Philadelphia Eagles. Bill will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. Family and friends are invited to visit from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM Tuesday, Sept.16th, and 9 AM to 10 AM Wednesday Sept. 17th at SMITH FUNERAL HOME 47 Main Street Mantua, NJ 08051. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM in Church Of The Incarnation. Burial with military honors to follow at Wenonah Cemetery. Memories and condolences can be shared at www.smithfhmantua.com
