"It's gettting a little brighter, honey!" Well, it *always* was for you, Mom, and you made us smile every time we heard that. You lived your life with that spirit, no matter what the circumstances might be. You were always looking for--and expecting--a ray of sunshine, and you brought that sunniness to everyone around you. You will always shine on to me--and to everyone who loved you so very much. "Honey" was your special word for all of us and no one said that word quite like you. Hearing that was like receiving a quick little hug from the heart, and it made us feel instantly good all over. I will dearly, dearly miss that. But I'll carry it with me, too, Mom, always and forever.
